We offer a small, intimate setting, where the clients are the focus. Flagler Health & Wellness – Dual Diagnosis Program is boutique, with only 20 beds which helps us to provide an extremely individualized treatment experience. Recovery should be life-changing and high-quality for those individuals that are ready to take the first step in overcoming addiction and mental health. Every person deserves recovery and that belief drives our true north. 

No matter your condition – No matter how long you’ve struggled with addiction or mental health – No matter if you believe you may be too ill for treatment or are not sure you are ‘sick enough’ for treatment.

Our comprehensive care approach begins the day you walk into our doors, and extends long after you leave our programs.
